We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to accommodate other clients who may also need support. While we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations, we are here to support you in any way we can.
